Our Brown / Grizzly Bear hunts are
conducted in two different parts of Alaska. Units 9 & 17 west
of the Alaska Range approximately 2 hours of flight time away.
We also hunt the coastal portions of Unit 9 in southwest
Cook Inlet. During our Fall hunts, salmon filled rivers and
streams entice the bears to these areas in good numbers.
The number of bears are definitely on the increase and over the
last several years our guided hunters have been extremely
successful with bears averaging in the seven to eight foot range.
The overall hunt success varies greatly, depending on weather, and
hunters physical condition. These hunts are spot and stalk and
require a fair amount of hiking. Our professional guides are very
knowledgeable of the country and will lead you on your hunt of a
lifetime.
